Since its founding, our hospital has been at the forefront of modern healthcare delivery, aspiring to be a leading center in medical and health sciences. With a strong infrastructure and a team of expert staff, we continue to provide high-quality healthcare services across a wide spectrum.
Our hospital, which started serving as the Faculty of Medicine, Center for Medical and Health Sciences Research and Application Hospital in 1996, relocated to the Kepez Mevkii campus on February 13, 2010, and now operates as Aydın Adnan Menderes University Hospital (ADÜ). Our hospital covers a total area of 85,100 square meters, with an indoor space of 66,830 square meters.
Our dedicated team comprises a total of 2,458 staff members. This includes 118 professors, 49 associate professors, and 60 assistant professors, along with 592 research assistants, 627 nurses, 46 midwives, and 1,128 other healthcare personnel. Our hospital is equipped with a 142-bed intensive care unit, 14 operating rooms, and 1 emergency operating room. In 2020, our 23-bed palliative care unit was completed, licensed by the Ministry of Health, and began operation in December 2020. Additionally, our hospital features a 21-bed hemodialysis-peritoneal dialysis unit, a 6-bed organ and tissue transplant unit, a 4-bed bone marrow transplant unit, a 5-bed burn unit, a 35-bed chemotherapy unit, and a 22-bed physical therapy center.
